4월12일 메탈 최고재무책임자가 트위터에 벨기에 랜드마크 타워를 붙여서 메탈페이를 태그하였습니다.
위의 사진으로 메탈페이가 벨기에까지 플랫폼 결제영역을 확장시키는 것 아닌가 하는 추측으로 인해 메탈의 시세상승이 나타났으며 12일부터 현재까지 약 100%의 상승률을 기록하였습니다.
메탈 코인은 수수료도 들지 않고 쉽게 토큰을 주고 받을 수 있을 만큼 기술력이 좋습니다.
다만 현재의 가상화폐 시장은 기술력만으로 인정받기 쉽지 않습니다.
대표적인 예로 이더리움의 경우 높은 가스비(수수료)와 현재 나오고 있는 이더리움 킬러라는 코인들에 비해 기술력도 좋지 않지만 단단한 입지를 유지 하고 있습니다.
이유료는 코인시장 전반에 넓게 펼쳐져 있는 생태계 때문에 속도가 빠르고 수수료가 저렴해도 이더리움을 밀어내지 못하고 있습니다.
메탈은 아직 생태계가 작은데 주목받으려면 생태계확장이 필요 합니다.
거래 물량 대부분 역시 업비트에서 이루어지고 있습니다.
트위터 발표 이후 급등이 나오긴 했지만 이러한 급등은 호재를 근거로 하는 세력의 단순 펌핑일 가능성이 높으므로 투자자 입장에서 진입하기는 위험하다고 판단되어집니다.
장기적인 관점에서 생태계가 더욱 넓어져야하는 코인입니다.
